The Story
The Farm’s Edge Series represents Fullsteam’s magic space just between the fertile fields and forests of North Carolina. Driven by farmed and foraged ingredients that defy traditional classification, Farm's Edge beers span sours, barrel-aging and ephemeral experiments. Fullsteam's semi-annual "Call to Harvest" brings in ingredients gathered by the community, uniting North Carolinians with brewers to craft a uniquely local beer.
