Obituary holds a special place in our hearts as brand builders. The idea had been kicked around for many years by our friend Steve Oliver, an architect partner on countless Helms brand projects. Our team partnered with Steve and ran with the idea, taking a wild concept shared over a beer and making it a reality: an actual game, a captivating brand, and a scalable business.

But it has a super sneaky secret mission, as well: to inspire creativity and help people reclaim the sense of play they embraced as kids.
