The Story

Blackberry Magazine is a three-way collaboration between our agency, which serves as agency of record for Blackberry Mountain and Blackberry Farm Brewery, the Blackberry marketing team, and Ferebee Lane, agency for Blackberry Farm.

Each issue of the Magazine centers around a distinctive and often unconventional theme, sharing unique perspectives, stories and insights from writers, artists, chefs and personalities with ties to Tennessee’s iconic hospitality destination. Released semi-annually, past issues have explored themes including Tension, Wonder, Dare, and Texture. In collaboration, we take the magazine from inspiration to publication, developing each theme, pitching stories, suggesting contributors, designing layouts and even writing features.

Bolstered by a rich online companion publication, the Blackberry Magazine site highlights unique stories, exclusive interviews, myriad podcasts and Blackberry Sessions musical performances by friends, including Brittany Howard, Emmylou Harris, Chris Thile and Keb’ Mo’.

Cumulatively, the magazine is a rich collage of Blackberry’s interests, values and connections, spanning arts and culture, wine and food, wellness, adventure and beyond.
